All orders are processed via Canada Post. jane iredale Canada is not responsible for shipping delays. Below are shipping parameters for receiving holiday packages before December 25th, 2025. 

Canada Post Expedited Carbon-Neutral Shipping 

Last day to order: 

• Local Zone (Edmonton) December 22, 2025* before 1pm MST.
• Regional (BC, MB, SK) December 18, 2025* before 1pm MST.
• National (NB, NL, NWT, NS, NV, ON, PEI, QU, YK) Dec 12, 2025* before 1pm MST.

*Last day order dates posted represent areas located between major urban centres, and are dependent on origin and destination. Some restrictions apply.

Canada Post delivery times are based on normal delivery conditions, and are therefore subject to change without notice.

Canada Post may change or suspend its on-time delivery guarantee during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to:

• Acts of God

• Epidemics

• Labour disruptions

• Equipment failures

• Unanticipated surges in volume

Undeliverable packages: Refused shipments or packages with a failed delivery status will be returned to jane iredale Canada and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery Fee. Non-Delivery Fees are charged to the original payment method selected time of order placement, and will be subtracted from any refund.
