We offer a 100% colour match guarantee on all complexion products. If you ordered the incorrect colour, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to replace it with a more appropriate choice. 

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site for any of the following reasons, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or store credit:

  • You received damaged or defective products
  • You have a sensitivity or allergy

Refund for store credit:

Once your return has been authorized, you may choose to refund for store credit to use towards future purchases. Store credit can be viewed directly in your account, and can be used at checkout when logged into your customer account. Please note: store credit issued for returns or exchanges will remain valid for 12 months from the original issue date. After this time, any unused balanced will expire and cannot be redeemed.

Please be advised that prior authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without prior return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of jane iredale Canada. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items marked as Limited Edition, or purchased from our Last Chance page are final sale.
