Please be advised that prior authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Any return or exchange sent to us without prior return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of jane iredale Canada. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items.
Follow the steps below to return or exchange the item(s):
Call us at 1-844-438-4800, or via email at [email protected]. A Beauty Advisor will provide you with a return authorization number sent to you via email.
Pack items carefully into a box and include your return authorization number. Seal the box and take to your nearest Canada Post outlet.

Take the package to any Canada Post location and insure it for the appropriate value. jane iredale Canada is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made, depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account.
Please note that all returns must be sent to our online team at jane iredale Canada and not your local jane iredale retailer. Any items returned to your local retailer cannot be accepted.
